Requests and quotations

Items with displayed prices are accepted as direct orders without a quotation; unit prices and totals are saved on submission. Unpriced items are placed in a separate quotation request. Payment is recorded after receipt is verified. Availability, compatibility and shipping are arranged separately from item prices.
Sending a request list or maintenance report does not take payment or reserve stock. Unpriced requests require specification and availability review before quotation.
Store quotations use the establishment’s quotation template and Q number, with the store source and order reference. The agreed quotation states items, quantities, price, VAT, validity and shipping.

Provide the equipment name, manufacturer, model, part number and dimensions where needed. Compatibility is based on specifications confirmed in the quotation.
The quotation specifies item condition and included accessories. Medical equipment must complete required installation, safety checks and calibration before clinical use.

Prices are in Saudi riyals. Item VAT, totals, shipping and any fees are stated before approval. Additional work or parts require customer approval of their cost.
The quotation sets the payment plan. A transfer notice becomes confirmed payment after management verifies receipt. Cards, Tabby and Tamara remain unavailable until connected and announced as active.

The quotation states delivery method, timing and cost. Progress appears in order tracking. If a delay occurs, the customer is informed of the revised date and available options, preserving statutory cancellation and refund rights.

Subject to statutory exceptions, consumers may withdraw within seven days of receiving a product or contracting for a service if the product is unused and the service has not been used. Withdrawal costs follow applicable law unless otherwise agreed.
Products manufactured to customer specifications may fall within statutory exceptions. Importing or sourcing an item to order does not by itself remove customer rights. Rights concerning defects or nonconformity remain protected.
Warranty duration, scope, exclusions and removal, installation or transport costs are stated in the quotation or handover document. Store or quotation terms do not override mandatory statutory rights.
For a return or defect claim, contact sales with the order or quotation reference and issue details. We review the case and explain the remedy and any applicable refund without undisclosed charges.

A maintenance request is submitted for review and does not automatically authorize repairs or charges. Inspection fees, parts and additional work are agreed before execution.
Contact details and images are used to service and follow the request. Do not send patient information, passwords or unnecessary personal information. Keep the private tracking link secure and share it only with an authorized person.
